Barrel Threading

Precision barrel threading for eligible firearms, suppressor hosts, muzzle devices, and custom projects—planned around the barrel, caliber, intended attachment, and required thread specification.

Precision work starts with proper evaluation

Correct barrel threading requires more than selecting a thread pitch. We inspect the firearm and barrel, confirm dimensions and compatibility, evaluate the available shoulder, and discuss the intended suppressor, mount, brake, compensator, flash hider, or thread protector before work begins.

We discuss the firearm, caliber, intended attachment, and project goals.

STEP 02

Inspection & Measurement

We inspect the barrel, confirm dimensions, and determine whether the project is suitable.

STEP 04

Fitment & Inspection

Before starting your project

  • Not every barrel diameter, profile, caliber, finish, or firearm is suitable for threading.
  • The intended muzzle device, suppressor, or mounting system should be identified before work begins.
  • Thread pitch and shoulder requirements vary by caliber, barrel dimensions, and manufacturer specifications.
  • Disassembly, barrel removal, refinishing, a thread protector, or additional fitting may be required and will be discussed in advance.
  • Turnaround time and final pricing are confirmed after inspection and project approval.
  • Suppressors, firearms, and other regulated items are handled in accordance with all applicable requirements.
